Companies House can include the following additional information including the particulars of the shareholders of the Company on the date the certificate is issued. This information on the Certificate of Good Standing will prove the status and ownership of a company at the time of issue. Only the company for whom a certificate is sought may request the granting of these additional details on the certificate.
