A company is required to compile annual financial statements to include a balance sheet, income and cash flow statements with accompanying notes. Although financial statements must be prepared, for private companies, there is no requirement to file these statements with the Canadian authorities.

Apostille Canada Company Documents

Canadian company documents often require an apostille before they can be legally recognised in another country. An apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal, or stamp on a corporate document, allowing foreign authorities to verify that the document was officially issued in Canada. Businesses commonly need apostilled documents when opening international bank accounts, establishing foreign branches or subsidiaries, entering overseas contracts, participating in international trade, or completing legal and regulatory requirements abroad. Our Apostille services help ensure that documents such as certificates of incorporation, corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, and commercial agreements are properly authenticated and accepted for international use without unnecessary delays or rejections.
