The Certificate of Good Standing is electronically drafted by the Cayman Islands General Registry when the Registered Agent requests one. We can only supply the document from the Registered Agent on record for the Cayman Islands company, if you have authorisation from, or are, a Director or Officer of the Company.
The certificate states that a company is duly organised and existing under and by virtue of the Laws of the Cayman Islands. it also states that at the date of the certificate the company is in Good Standing and duly authorised to exercise there in all the powers vested in the company.

Validate Certificate of Good Standing
The Cayman certificate can be validated/ authenticated online. To verify the validity of a Certificate of Good Standing you will need the entity file number and the authorisation code.
Cayman Islands Certificate of Good Standing
Certificates of Good Standing are not public record in the Cayman Islands, they can only be obtained through the corporations registered agent.
