Company Not in Good Standing
The Mississippi Secretary of State has the power to administratively dissolve or terminate an LLC if the annual return renewal, due every year by January 1st, is not filed. When a Good Standing certificate cannot be issued by the Mississippi Secretary of State we will instead provide a Company Search showing the current company status.

If the company has not filed its annual renewal then it is not in Good Standing. If the company has been statutorily dissolved, we can assist and get it reinstated, as long as the name is still available by filing a renewal for the current year and paying the fees due to the Mississippi Secretary of State.
