Financial Statements

Accounting and reporting requirements apply in Finland

Companies must prepare and submit to the Finnish Trade Registry their financial statements. A director’s report should be filed unless the company is exempt or classified as small.

The financial statement must be submitted within four months from the end of the financial period. The financial statements are usually filed in Finnish or in Swedish.

All registered companies must file financial statements for each financial period including the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow companies must appoint a professional auditor .

 Certificate of Incorporation
