The Chamber of Commerce and Industry does not issue Certificates of Good Standing.
Instead we provide from the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce and Industry a Certified Declaration, containing the Curaçao Company Name, Company Registration Number, Date of Incorporation and confirms it is still exists under the laws of Curaçao.
The Certificate of Good Standing/ Declaration is provided in English or we can provide one in Dutch, if required.
