Austria Certificate of Good Standing

A Certificate of Good Standing is not available in Austria. Instead, we can provide a Company Extract (Firmenbuchauszug) with the current company details and status.

Austrian Company Extract – Firmenbuchauszug

We provide the Company Extract, also known as the Firmenbuchauszug, which contains the most current and comprehensive registry details about a company. This official document is essential for verifying crucial information such as the company’s legal structure, registered address, shareholders, managing directors, and any recent changes or filings recorded in the commercial register. The Company Extract is issued in German, reflecting the official language of the registry, and is delivered as a scanned electronic copy to ensure quick and convenient access.

Financial Statements

Companies must file annual financial statements within nine months after the fiscal year-end. These statements include:
