Aruba Certificate of Good Standing

We provide Aruba Certificate of Good Standing / Declaration of Good Standing directly from the Aruba Chamber of Commerce. This official document confirms that an Aruba company is up-to-date with its financial obligations to the Chamber, as required by Article 15, Section 1 of the Trade Registry Ordinance.

The Aruba Certificate of Good Standing is an official document that proves an Aruba company’s continued registration with the Chamber of Commerce. It verifies that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements at the time of the request.

The Certificate includes the following:

• Registered Company Name
• Company Registration Number
• Date of Incorporation
• Company Type
• Registered Office Address
• The Certificate is provided certified in English from the Chamber of Commerce with their official signature of an authorised officer
• States that the Aruba company has complied up to the moment of request of the document with his financial obligation to the Chamber, as stipulated in article 15, section 1 of the Trade Registry Ordinance

Certificates of Good Standing issued by the Aruba Chamber of Commerce bear an additional security feature. To verify the authenticity of a certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce, scan the QR code or enter the unique Certificate ID online.

Company Not in Good Standing

If an Aruba company is not in good standing, a Certificate of Good Standing cannot be issued. Instead, the Aruba Chamber of Commerce will provide a Company Search Report showing the current status of the company.
