Company Financial Statements

Companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and file annual financial statements with the Ministry of Finance and relevant Statistical Office.

Annual Return

Annual returns must be prepared and filed no later than 31 March for the previous year.

Certificate of Incorporation

Registration documents sent will need to be translated by the court interpreter.
