Portugal Certificate of Incorporation
The Certificate of Incorporation is issued by the Portugal companies registry. The incorporation certificate includes the company name, company number, date of incorporation and states that a company is registered. We supply an electronic certificate with details of the filings made by the company.
Portugal Certificate of Good Standing – Permanent Certificate
The Portuguese Registry do not issue Certificates of Good Standing they do issue a Permanent Certificate. This is an electronic certificate with a unique access code, the document can then be verified and viewed for a year after issue on the registry website. The Permanent certificate can be provided in English and includes the registration details and filed updates at the registry.
The Permanent Certificate includes the following details: NIPC/ Registration number, Company Name, Legal Status/ Company Type, Objects of the Company, Share Capital, Classification of Economic Activities number, financial year end, Management name, ID number and position held, registered office address, List and details of recent filings by the company.
Memorandum of Association
