Company Not in Good Standing
If a corporation registered in Ohio fails to pay corporate franchise taxes for any given year, the State Department will cancel the corporation’s license after they are notified by the Ohio department of taxation. When the Ohio Company is not in Good Standing and a Certificate of Good Standing cannot be issued, instead search report if provided showing the current company status.
