The Mexico company search report includes:

Mexican Companies are not required to file accounts with the Companies Registry, so these are not usually contained in the search.
In Mexico there is no national registry database. The 32 States in Mexico have their own databases and searching policies. Please provide the details of the state where the target company notarial deed was registered when ordering.
Director’s Report & Accounts
Financial information and latest filed accounts are not available from the Mercantile registry.
In Mexico there are different types of commercial entities that can be incorporated. The Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.R.L) has fixed capital stock and the Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada de Capital Variable (S.A) has a combination of both fixed and variable capital stock.
Statutes/ Articles of Association
We can obtain the Statutes/ Articles of Association of a company from any of the 32 States, We must have a Power of Attorney from the Legal Representative of the Company granted to us, this is due to the Confidentiality Statutes in all the Mexican territory. This will require a personal visit to the registry.

In Mexico, the only parties that can legally obtain a full copy of the company file are the shareholders and the notary public that signed the incorporation deed as well as anyone who holds a power of attorney granted by them.
For unrelated parties we can obtain an extract of the documents showing essential data according to the registry of commerce. This should contain the identity of the shareholders, directors and the Notary Public who registered the company with the details of the company’s intended business activities. The Articles/Statutes are not a part of this essential data.
Mexico Certificate of Incorporation
We can provide a Certificate of Incorporation for any company registered with the Mexican National Business Information Registry.
