Jersey Certificate of Good Standing
The Jersey Companies Registry will only prepare the Certificate of Good Standing when companies are compliant and up to date with the statutory filing requirements.
The registrar provides the Certificate of Good Standing as a electronic document with an authentication ID which can be validated online at the Jersey registry.
We can provide the Certificate of Good Standing Notarised and Apostilled at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the UK. This certificate scan would then be scanned and emailed through and the original couriered.
To provide the Jersey Certificate of Good Standing we either require the full company name or the company registration number.
The Certificate of Good Standing confirms the Jersey company:
- Has continued to exist since it was incorporated; and
- No action is currently being taken to remove the company from the Register of Companies
