Company Search Report

We can provide a company search from the Cook Islands Registry.  The report contains the latest information available,  limited by the company filings on public record.

  • Entity Name (as confirmed by the Registrar)
  • Date of Registration
  • Company Registration Number
  • Registered Office
  • Administering Trustee Company Contact Details
  • Company Status (including confirmation if the company is struck off)

For a more detailed file search at the registry, consent from a director of the Cook Islands target company is required.

Please note that there is no public registry for LLCs and IBCs (International Business Companies), and information can only be obtained with permission from the company itself. Additionally, incorporation documents for Cook Islands companies do not identify shareholders or directors, and shareholder registers are confidential and maintained by the Resident Agent.
