A company search includes details held at the Administration for Industry and Commerce on the target Chinese company. A China company search includes following information:
- Full company name – English name
- Chinese company name
- Date of Incorporation/ Establishment
- Companies Registry Number – AIC Number
- Company Type – Stock limited company, Limited Liability Company
- Company Registry – Chinese Province
- Legal Representative – Full Name
- Registered Address and Operating address
- Company contact details – telephone no, fax – where available
- SIC code – Chinese code
- Share Capital – registered share capital and paid in share capital – in Chinese Yuan

- Business Scope – description
Shareholders and share details including:

Chinese companies register their names, addresses and related parties only in Chinese characters at the Administration for Industry and Commerce. We would require the subject’s name in Chinese characters as well as any English name.

The China Certificate of Incorporation is issued upon company registration; however, we are unable to provide copies from the official registry.

Memorandum & Articles of Association
The Articles of Association are a statutory documents which provide the constitution and internal rules under which the Chinese company will run. Copies cannot be obtained from public sources.

Financial Statements
Companies in China must prepare and submit financial statements to a number of governing bodies such as the local Finance Bureau, local offices of State Administration and Industry of Commerce, State Administration of Taxation and the Foreign Exchange. These financial statements must be audited and submitted to the relevant authorities within 6 months of the year end – following the fiscal year from 1 January to 31 December.
Companies in China must appoint an auditor , Chinese certified public accountant, to audit all accounting and reporting documents.
