A Certificate of Good Standing is obtained from the International Business Companies Registry.

  • Incorporation date of the Belize Offshore Company
  • IBC registration no. of the Belize Offshore Company
  • The above company has been duly incorporated under the 2000 revised International Business Companies Act
  • The name of the company is still on the Belize International Business Companies Registry and the company has paid all fees, license fees and penalties due and payable under the provisions of the IBC Act
  • The Company has not submitted, to the Registrar, Articles of Merger or Consolidation that have not yet become effective
  • The Company has not submitted, to the Registrar, Articles of Arrangement that have not yet become effective
  • The Company is not in the process of being wound up or dissolved
  • No proceedings have been instituted to strike the name of the company off the said Register
  • In so far as is evidenced by the documents filed with the Registrar, the Company is in Good Standing.
  • Signed and authorised by the Belize International Business Companies Registry
  • Optional with Apostille, issued by the Registrar General in Belize.

The Belize Certificate of Good Standing is issued under chapter 270 of the 2000 revised International Business Companies Act and contains a statement that, at the date the certificate is issued, the Belize company is on the Companies Register, has a status of Good Standing and has paid all fees and penalties due under the Act.

The Good Standing status signifies a company is current with the filing requirements in Belize. To remain in Good Standing with the Registry, a Belize company is required to pay its Annual Government Licence Fees.

The Certificate of Good Standing is provided from the Belize International Business Companies Registry with an official stamp, seal and with the signature of a Registrar of International Companies and Business.

We can provide Certificate of Good Standing if the company has a status of Good Standing with the Belize International Business Companies Registry.
