The Australian Securities and Investments Commission do not supply a Certificates of Good Standing instead they can supply a Certificate of the Registration of a Company. The Certificate is issued under the Corporations Act 2001 Paragraph 1274 (2) (b) and certifies the company registration details of the Australian company and that it is a registered company under the Corporations Act 2001.

The Certificate includes the following:

• Registered Company Name
• Company Name changes and date changed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
• Company Registration Number
• Date of Incorporation
• Company Type – proprietary company/ limited by shares
• The Australian company is a registered company under the Corporations Act 2001
• Date issued by the Issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
• The Certificate is electronically signed by an authorised officer at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
