Company Not in Good Standing

If an Alaska company was involuntarily dissolved , providing it is within two years of the dissolution date it is possible to reinstate the company. A named company officer can instruct the reinstatement request with the Alaska Secretary of State. If the Alaska company has been was Involuntarily Dissolved for more than two years it is not possible to reinstate the entity. The reinstatement fees in Alaska vary depending on what caused the company’s dissolution and whether there are any annual reports due.
