North Dakota Company Restoration – Company Reinstatement

If the target company is not in Good Standing due to non compliance, involuntary revocation may occur.  Reinstatement may be instigated within one year from the revocation date.  We can assist with this process which requires filing the overdue annual report and filing the reinstatement documents along with the appropriate fees.

After the one-year reinstatement period following the involuntary revocation, reinstatement can only occur by a court order obtained from North Dakota’s Burleigh County Court filed with the Secretary of State. The court order must be accompanied by the most recent past-due annual report, registered agent statement of change, and appropriate fees.
