Vietnam Company Credit Report

Certificate of Incorporation

The Vietnam Certificate of Incorporation is issued by the Business Registration Department and we can provide a registry copy of the company incorporation certificate.

 Certificate of Good Standing

A Certificate of Good Standing confirms a company has a status of Good Standing with the registry and is up to date with the statutory filing requirements, this cannot be provided in Vietnam by the Companies Registry.

The company search and credit report confirms the current company status.

Memorandum of Association

In Vietnam we cannot provide copies of the internal company documents such as the Memorandum & Articles.

Vietnam Embassy – Document Legalisation

We can provide UK company documents, legalised at the Vietnam Embassy Consulate Section.

To use your documents in Vietnam, each UK document must be legalised by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
