All Lebanon companies will have an Arabic name.  An English translation may also be filed, providing the company registration number makes it easier to locate the target company..

Lebanon Certificate of Incorporation

The Lebanon certificate of registration of a commercial company is issued and signed giving a registration number and date of incorporation.   We can provide a registry copy confirming the company is registered under the Lebanese Code of Commerce, this will be in Arabic.

• There is a minimum of three shareholders
• Names of directors and shareholders are filed at the companies registry
• There is no requirement to have a Lebanon resident director
