The names of our Slovakian shelf companies are kept neutral, using words such as Investments and Exports to suit most business activities, however, the company name may be changed on the same day of purchase if required. Our companies have a wide range of business objects suitable for most business activities - but if required these may be changed.

All changes are submitted to and processed by the Commercial Registry, although this is only for declaration and record purposes - the changes take immediate affect once the relevant documentation has been completed.

Ownership & Shareholders

Ownership of the company is transferred, upon purchase, to the new shareholders via share transfer forms. This is a quick process taking immediate affect and once complete, new share certificates will be issued.

Directors & Management

The last stage on purchasing a ready made company is appointing the new directors. As incorporation agents we hold to the position of the director up until the company is sold, at which point we issued a directorship resignation. The new directors are appointed via completing and signing certain directorship documents, or alternatively we are able to complete these forms for you if granted Power of Attorney.

Once appointed, the new management will receive all official company documentation, including Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and secretarial forms.
