A Certificate of Good Standing is obtained from the International Business Companies Registry.
The Belize Certificate of Good Standing is issued under chapter 270 of the 2000 revised International Business Companies Act and contains a statement that, at the date the certificate is issued, the Belize company is on the Companies Register, has a status of Good Standing and has paid all fees and penalties due under the Act.
The Good Standing status signifies a company is current with the filing requirements in Belize. To remain in Good Standing with the Registry, a Belize company is required to pay its Annual Government Licence Fees.
The Certificate of Good Standing is provided from the Belize International Business Companies Registry with an official stamp, seal and with the signature of a Registrar of International Companies and Business.
We can provide an Apostilled Certificate of Good Standing, which is certified by the Belize International Business Companies Registry and then Apostilled at the Registrar General in Belize.
We can provide Certificate of Good Standing if the company has a status of Good Standing with the Belize International Business Companies Registry. If the company is not in Good Standing the registry will issue a company search extract showing the company status.
If the Belize Company is not in Good Standing the registry will issue instead an extract confirming the current company status.
