We can provide two types of Certificates of Status for Delaware companies, a standard and a longer version. The standard version includes just the name of the entity and the status at the time the certificate is issued.
The longer version of the Delaware Certificate of Good Standing states all documents that have been filed, including the dates and times and any name changes that occurred along with the status at the time the certificate is issued.
A Delaware Certificate of Good Standing / Existence states that a limited company is not in bankruptcy, in liquidation or involved in a merger. It also states that the company has a legal corporate existence and its records are up to date.
This certificate can be issued only be provided for companies in good standing, if your company owes Delaware franchise taxes, they must be paid in full before we can obtain the Certificate.
The certificate is provided from the Delaware Division of Corporations with an official seal and stamp, and with a Delaware Secretary of State administrator’s signature.
