The Dutch Chamber of Commerce - Kamer van Koophandel (KvK) do not issue Certificates of Good Standing for companies registered in the Netherlands. However, a declaration/KvK Certificate can be issued by the Chamber of Commerce which confirms the current company details at the Kamer van Koophandel.
We can supply a KVK Certificate extract from the registry, this is an official certificate of registration, includes a summary of the company’s registration data, such as company name and address, the date of establishment, and in most cases its officers. Information about the legal entity, the nature of the company and its registered offices are included.
The KVK certificate can be provided certified from the Kamer van Koophandel with an official stamp, seal and with the signature of an authorised officer.
A KVK Certificate/extract shows the company details at the time the extract is requested.
An English KVK Certificate/Extract can be issued by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with the key information in English, not all information is included in the English version of the document.
