A Certificate of Incorporation is a document, which shows that the requirements of the Companies Act were complied with at registration and that the company is registered at the Companies Registry.

The certificate usually states:

  • The company type

We can provide copies of a certificate of incorporation for a company, which is authenticated by the registrar's official seal or stamp.
